alright... ive been carb dieting for about like a week and a half... heres my question... should i start keeping an accurate count of all my calories, protein carbs and fat for the day? should i have some certain ratio of fat to protein? and should i keep doing cardio 2 times a day every day or step it down a notch? i also do my weight regimine too... so far i haven't had any carbs also.... good? and should i start doing a carb load on one day of the week? any suggestions are greatly appreciated..

Carb dieting? Whatever you're doing, you absolutely must keep count of calories, or at least know the content of what you're eating enough to have a fairly accurate idea of how much you're getting. You have to have a calorie deficit or you're not going to get anywhere. A CKD is a fairly structured plan, so I wouldn't go at it with the mentality of "not much carbs for 5-6 days and then carbs all weekend". Too much room to botch it. Plan meals and stick to it. Carb up days should be planned too although some guys use it as an excuse for an all out free-for-all, which obviously can be counter productive. See if you can find a detailed plan/explanation online. It will help answer a lot of questions. There are some differing opinions on fat/protein ratios on keto diets, but I had about 40/60 on mine and it worked great. I'd slow down on the cardio too. Once a day should be enough (for now). If in a few weeks progress slows, add in a little more if you want, but don't overdo it or you will lose muscle.
