I just went for my 3rd Sleep Test and did not sleep very much again...about 3 to 4 hours. They did not see any sleep apnea but I have many many micro awakenings, the technician told it could be due to my teeth or jaw. The specialist also mentionned that to me he told either I would need to have CPAP or an equipment the jaw.
All my symtoms seems to be like for sleep apnea:
Extreme fatigue, sleepy
Headache
Out of breath
My heart feels like it is pouding very hard.
Dizziness,
Did anyone experience jaw problems that would give symptoms similar to sleep apnea...
I am discouraged this saga is going on for 3 years and each time they tell to look into another area...what should I do, should I do another sleep test or what...

I would like to know do you think it is still possible that I have sleep apnea because they say I do not have any problem with my breathing.
My symptoms seem to be very silimilar to sleep apnea (listed on my previous message) but also very often have bizare tooth ache, ear ache, sinus problems plus the all the other symptoms like headaches, out of breath when falling a sleep and waking up, pouding heartbeat, fatigue, etc....
When I passed the test last week they did put the CPAP but I just could not sleep. When I passed the test last week I went to a private clinic. But I first took an appointment at the hospital since the appointment was only in March 2004 I decided to go to the private clinic, I did not cancel my appointment at the hospital just in case do you think I should go again an take this test a fourth time. The problem is that every time I do not sleep very much. The last test that I took last week with some sleeping pills and I just sleept about 3-4 hours in total. Any more advice

I think I am similar to you. I have so much pointing to sleep apnea with the fatigue, headaches, neckaches, sore throats, etc., but two sleep studies so far have shown no indication of apnea. However, I know I have slept just terribly during those studies and don't think I ever feel asleep for more than fifteen minutes at a time.
I'm reading and reading posts and sites on the internet, trying to decide what to do. This has been going on for many years.
