HS, I think we could all do with improved oxygen flow to the brain, muscles etc. and I think this is what HO is all about although I don't know much, sorry!
I have heard of a neurologist in Naples, Florida use it with good results on Parkinson's and MS patients in conjunction with other remedies, but haven't heard much else. It's prohibitely expen$ive so will attract a lot of derision from the mainstreamers which will make an objective assessment of its efficacy hard going.
Are you looking to get some yourself?

I did it today. cost...$60 and you stay in the chamber for an hour.
you rteally need about 6 treatments to really tell and see the difference.

;) I live in Las Vegas, NV, thats where I had it done.
The pressure in the chamber takes you down to 7,000 ft below sea level and they have discovered that, that floods your body with oxygen. Oxygen is a great healer for any type desease.

I am a Hyperbaric RN, and we would never go down to 7000fsw at 165 fsw your body goes into nitrogen narcosis, and it is not the pressure that floods your body with O2 it's the 100% O2 delivered in the chamber. Were you at a hospital? This does not sound at all like the chamber I am familiar with.

All I know is that my husband went in with me and I was zipped up in the
chamber and he was looking at the meter and it said 7000. This is all new to me.
We were at "living Waters". ;) The man that was doing it told me that I would be going down so many feet below sea level and it was 6 or 7000 ft. My ears were popping like crazy. I was in it for an hour. Did it do something bad to me?

Your ears should only "pop" about first 10min. What is "living waters"? You can get the bends if brought up too quickly. Just make sure the tech is qualified, he is the one keeping you safe. What did the chamber look like, what did you wear in it. did you wear an O2 mask? Just curious. thanks

 No, I didnt go under water. It was a long round chamber that you get in with your clothes on and it zips up. Then he turns on the pressure. When its over, he lets the pressure off easy. :)

OK. One last thing to keep in mind if you decide to do this again. There is such a thing as oxygen toxicity which can cause seizures. Pts. usually get "air breaks" to avoid this. Hope this info will keep U safe on your next trip.

One last last thing...LOL. Oxygen filled chamber Highly flammable, should wear only/all cotton clothing, no lighters/ matches, no elctronics including hearing aids. And if you have any respiratory distress or stabbing chest pain let the tech know immediately.
