i'm a 22 yr old female and am looking for a supplement to take to help me with my weight loss. i exercise 4-5 days a week as well.

does anyone know a good safe supplement? i went to the health food store and she didnt show me many things, only that "Internal FLush" stuff!

Check out CLA.

It's all natural, non-chemical, vegan safe, etc. Studies have also shown it to help lower cholesterol.

CLA stands for Conjugated Linoleic Acid, and you can get it almost anywhere.

WOW someone supporting CLA. I thing that stuff is a waste of your money. There are not that many over the counter prosucts that really help. Most are just Hype. But the ones that actually help may not be the best for you. The ones that may not be the safest are branded that way for a reason because they actually work. Most of that other crap is safe to take because it doesnt actually do anything. But cafeine, efedra, mawhung, and to a lesser degree chromium. Are the ones that work best also great in a stack. There are a couple more like T4 T3 and Clen thatactually work the best but the last 3 are more dangerous and should be avoided if you are looking for the safest route.
