Choose one, you can't do both at the same time. Naxis 11-15-2003, 01:04 PM You can certainly bulk without much fat gain though. Most of that is going to be in the diet, but a little cardio is fine. Keep it minimal though since you're really not out to minimize calories. Adjust according to fat gain (in conjunction with diet alterations). My personal recommendation would be to start with the minimum (maybe 20 minutes 3x a week - mid intensity or even HIIT sessions) and go up or down from there. |
