I have been reading these forums for awhile now. It is really nice to see such a strong and supprotive community.
Well tonight I have my first question, and if anyone can answer, I would appreciate some feedback.
For 7 to 8 days now I have been experiencing neck and head pain. When I try to move my neck to my right side it feels so tight. It is very painful for me to turn my head. I get very sharp pain all around that area of the back of my head (right side) and neck.
What are your takes on this sort of example? Anyone have any reccomandations without freaking me out? Im already feeling really sensetive.
It really hurts and I am thinking it could be stress.
