As i've been searching through supplements, i've noticed that a lot of companies make creatine, and also creatine plus. What's the difference? Also, i'm 16 yrs old, and was wondering if its ok to be taking these supplements. I.E. I take a multivitamin daily, i take 2-4 ripped fuel daily(recommended dosage), and i also take in about 12g creatine daily. I drink a lot of water also (over a gallon a day). Is this healthy?

Thnx

creatine plus is more than likely creatine with added bells and whistles.

its cheaper just to buy plain creatine and add to it if needed.

Those creatine pluses also tend to add a CRAP load of sugar to them. I would stay away from them. I just add my normall creatine to a sports drink.
