I have had Migraines for a long long time and nothing seem to work, I am now on Topomax 200 mg I take every night before bed seem to cut the migraines in half , for the last several months I go to bed the same time every night and have been getting up the same time every morning as well as working out either running or walking. I am eating a little better just watching what I eat a little closer and I have been Migraine FREE for 4 months. My doc says that alot of times by getting up and workout first thing in the morning it helps the blood flow to the brain which in fact helps with Migraines suffers. Something to think about.
