After having few classes of wine or after a work out at the gym ,within 48 hours I get a red itchy scrotum. I also get itching around my anus.
I have been to four different dermatolgist ,tons of steriod creams, hydro cort. creams no help.
Any ideas.

It sounds as if you are allergic to something within the wine. White wine does contain some egg white and all alcohol contains yeast and it could be either of these that you are reacting to. I would advise you to try different kinds of drinks that do not have such a high yeast content.

Also, be warned that steroid creams just cause suppression of symptoms without necessarily curing them.

I would go and see a homeopath who will be able to treat the cause of your problems and it is possible that he/she will be able to get rid of your inherited tendency to have the allergic reactions in the first place.
