I am having intense pain in the webbing between my thumb and index finger on one hand. It does not hurt when the hand is open but is almost unbearable when I make a fist. In fact the harder I squeeze my first the more pain. I do not remember doing anything to provoke this, it seems as though I almost woke up with it. Any ideas or remedies?
