For the past few months, say since November, everytime I have consumed alcohol I have thrown up a lot. I don't drink very much alcohol either. I have been drinking for three years and never experience sickness like this before. Last night I had a shot of vodka and a wine cooler and was completely fine, but this morning I threw up and right now I am feeling REALLY sick--my stomach hurts really badly. I don't get a rash or swell up or anything.
Could I be allergic to alcohol? What should I do?
Thank you

It's unlikely that you're allergic to alcohol. You may have gallbladder or stomach trouble though. Maybe an ulcer, liver problem. Alcohol is basically a "poison" to your body.

Growing up, I could pound shot after shot. Now - I drink beer and am ok. A shot of Vodka would put me under as well. I dont know if I would be overly concerned. Your body could just be reacting differently than it did in the past.
