Hello. I'm currently 21. When i was 18, i used alot of creatine and got huge gains fast. To show for it, i have stretch marks on my upper part of my chest where it meets my arms. Is there a way to get rid of them? A lotion of some sort? Or do i have to spend 4 figures for cosmetic surgery? :)

Stretch marks are essentially scars. Some allege that Vitamin E oil, cocoa butter and/or Mederma help, but I have never personally seen anything that makes a noticeable difference. In time they should fade, but probably never completely. FWIW, most people know that they're from quick muscle gain. Most athletes have them. Watch basketball sometime. You could always get tattoos. :)

Well when i first started taking creatine, i took it religiously. Drank alot of water and worked out on the Bench Press like 3 times a week. By doing that, My chest got big quick. So quick infact, the skin didn't get a chance to grow with the muscle growth. So there for i now have Stretch Marks on my cheat, where the skin literally almost stretched apart.

Seriously how long it take you to get big, cause i am trying to increase my weight from 158 to 180, i just bought a weight gainer, should i buy creatine also???

Well an increase of 20 lbs is a challenge. But it also depends on your current physical state and body structure. Taking creatine will increase your Str, but will also make you retain more water, which will make you heavier. So its only a temporary solution. I take only GNC Brand Whey Protein, and eat chicken Breast meat for lunch and dinner. You need to take in 1g *Per* LB of body weight each day. So if you weigh 158 lbs, then you need to take around 158g's of Protein a day.

So if you get a great work out routine going and take good supplements. I can see you gaining 5 lbs a month. Maybe 10 depending if your a beginner for your first month. I suggest taking L-Glutamine, Whey Protein, and Multi-Vitamins. I also take Creatine still, but only immediately after my workout, not everyday. Be sure to drink a hearty Protein shake immediately after your workout also. And if you really want to get into it. Drink one at like 2 or 3 AM in the morning and go back to bed.

Hey what do u mean creatine is only temporary?? I heard if u cycle it on and off that you wont lose anything.....i didnt get the whey protein but this GNC Weight gainer, it gives you 2200 calories and fat and protein adn creatine. I have already gained 4 pounds in 2 weeks.

Okay, please don't take this as a stupid question.

Why do you drink protein drinks right after a workout?

Well Ladywulfe its not a stupid question. I'm sure there are many people out there that don't know. When you work out, you pretty much tearing up your muscles and form gaps between the muscle fibers. When you drink the protein shake, the protein helps to fill in the gaps and helps the muscles to rebuild and become stronger. Protein is the most important supplement you can take.

About the Creatine Question- When you cycle off the creatine, the extra water your muscles would usually retain from taking it, will no longer be there. So there for you will lose the extra water weight you would usually have.

I had stretch marks (not from lifting though..lol) on my legs and they are completely gone now..I can't see any scars anymore and I didn't even do anything. They just faded I guess. I heard the Silkia Camellia Oil helps as well as Vitamin E oil or something.
