i recently had a weird reaction to SOMETHING..

i had a hot/itchy feeling on my legs. then it moved to my arms, back and chest. as i scratched, tiny bumps starting showing up. they weren't colored, just the tone of my skin.

i ate a few things that could have caused a reaction, but since then i have eaten them again with no response. does this sound like allergy? could it be eczema? my back is still itchy.
