oh my god, nuts gives me Allergies like i was going to hell. it gives me soar throats. and im not talking about your normal soar thoats. if i went down to manhattan and started working infront of a store that had nuts right out and i smell it. I'll get a really bad soar throat in under a minute. one thing that helps clear it, is Grape Fruit. you know the big yellow grape fruit that looks like a orange but yellow and big? yea i eat about 3 of those. it numbs my throat up. and clears it. eat it without any sugar and it should do the trick. doctors are still trying to find the solution to it. i think grape fruits are one. its bad. if my mother or brother wanted to eat nuts. i have to stay in my room for a day and not come out or risk smelling it and have a soar throat. also some sea food. depending on what sea it comes from. keewee (green inside fruit, with hair on the brown outside skin)also. if thats how you spell it.

Please tell me you are seeing an allergist and carry at least one epi-pen. This can be very serious and I dont know how much grapefruits will do if you have an anaphylactic reaction. You should also check out peanutallergy.com , they have great info on their discussion boards.

The peanut allergy people can really help you.
