Hives are difficult to cope with. The only advice I can give is try and find out exactly what you are allergic to. If it is food keep a food journal of everthing you eat and when you have an attack. Some people get hives from cold air, so they can be caused by many things in your environment.

After I thought about this awhile, I think the first place to start with hives is with your bedding. The average person spends a lot of time sleeping and if you are allegic to your sheets, detergent, or pillow it could be something to look at. For instance some people are allergic to feather pillows.

Have you tried antihistamines? I take Zyrtec. Keep your skin well hydrated with a fragrance free, hypoallergenic lotion. Also, use a mild detergent like Dreft and put everything through an extra rinse cycle. Any residue of detergent left on the clothing may aggravate the skin more.
