Hi I am new to seasonal allergies. I have been taking Clariten for a few weeks and been fine. I have also used Tylenol Sinus for a year or two and ITS ALWAYS WORKED.

36 hours ago I started with sinus pressure. I feel like the area around my eyes is going to explode. I can't even stand to THINK about sunlight. None of my meds are working NOTHING!!!! My doc gave me a prescription for Allegra incase the Clairten didn't work. Should I fill it and try it tonight? Or does this sound like a Sinus Infection. Do those go away usually on there own or if I wake up with this again tommorrow do I need to go to a doctor before the weekend.

I am on a limited budget that is why I am sking if I should try the Allegra or just go to a doc. Thanks.

Do you have any fever? Are you blowing any colored mucus out of your nose or coughing anything up? the only way to really tell if you have a sinus infection is to get a sinus x-ray. Sometimes if it is really bad the dr can tell by just looking in your nose.

The best way to diagnose a sinus infection is with a sinus x-ray, or in really severe cases a CAT Scan.
