I've heard many say they've lost weight, feel younger and have more energy, but have also heard there may not be enough studies on its safety over a long period of time. Any feedback or experience?

there's a thread about it on the aging board. i just saw some at the health food store tonight. there was one that was around $30 that you put under your tongue and it gives you a little boost and then there's another one that costs about $120 and comes in a big bottle which i was told works great. check out the thread on the aging board if you haven't already. aren't you on the SB Diet? i'm on Day 4 and losing weight FINALLY! :bouncing:

From what I have read on the subject of HGH- the needed dosage is a lot higher than what is available to the general public- and it needs to be injected to see major results. I have heard people that have had success on it though- I don't think its been out long enough for anyone to know for sure. Has anyone here had any success with it? It seems very expensive without knowing for sure that it works.

Yeah...I would like to hear from some who don't use the injections and the pills or sublingual (under tongue) method worked.

i'm going to the doctor tomorrow. i will ask him about it. i heard it doesn't work unless it is injected by a doctor.

he had nothing good to say about it. he doesn't believe it works. i think he said they use it on children with stunted growth and once you are an adult it does nothing to reverse the aging process. he is a cardiologist. i'm supposed to see the orth. surgeon in Dec. so i can ask him when i see him and then there's always the dentist! geesh, i wish someone on here could give us more info about injections by a doctor. the stuff the doctor gives is more powerful than anything we would find on the shelves in health food stores.
