View Full Version : Strange Sleeping issues

Hi there. I've got a few sleeping disorders which didn't affect me in the pass when I was alone, but have only become an issue now that I have a partner. I used to sleep walk and run into walls and wake up with scratches and blood all over my body but I haven't had anything that serious in awhile. However, I still chew in my sleep, hold conversations with imaginary people (possibly in my dreams), snore obnoxiously loud and roll around restlessly (and violently) and just make a general nuisance of myself at the poor expense of my partner. I have no recollection of doing any of these things in the morning, and I always feel rested, despite claims that I wrestle crocodiles for a living in my sleep. Therefore, I was just wondering is there a cure for these symptoms rather then sleeping with a straight jacket as I feel very sorry for my partner whom have lost many hours of sleep due to my night activities. Should I maybe take some sort of strong sleeping pills and hopefully knock me out enough to sleep through the night peacefully, or perhaps just arm my partner with a large mallet?

If anyone has any comments or ideas it would be much appreciated.
