I got diagnosed a couple of months ago and I have, luckily, very tiny warts. They're as small as a the tip of a sharpened pencil, not raised, and white in color. They are in little lines in my inner labia, when I get an outbreak. I've only been diagnosed a couple of months ago, but I kind of knew in my heart about 5 months ago that warts is what I have. My warts actually go away completely depending on my general health. When I first got the warts, I was underweight and sickly due to an inner ear disorder. As soon as I gained weight, started eating more, and taking a multivitamin, they went away. They went away completely during the past month or month and a half, and now a few are coming back because I had sex last week with my boyfriend who also has HPV. If my genitals get even the least bit irritated, such as due to having sex, I get a mild outbreak. In my case, I think I may never have even had an outbreak if I was in better health. I would've of course, still had the HPV, but I think it would've lay dormant. I can't say how long for sure that I've had HPV, but I noticed my first wart about 5 months ago. On top of some sort of treatment, general good health, good eating, sleeping, and exercising habits, and supplementation of a good multivitamin is great for "curing" of the warts. Also, I've read the folic acid helps. I hope any of that helped. Take care:)

Oh, and as for a number of how many? Probably about 9 barely noticeable to the naked eye warts per outbreak.

I've had HPV for about 5 months. I had 7 when they were first diagnosed and a couple went away almost immediately after the first podofilm treatment (that brown cream put on at the doctor). The anal warts are very hard to get rid of and I needed to go to a dermatologist to get treated. I've been using Aldara for 3 weeks and am getting amazing results. The vaginal warts are almost completely gone and the anal ones are very small now. The longer you wait to get them treated the more they will spread to other areas,,including your inner thighs and buttocks. Best advice I can give is to think of the warts as a serious virus and get them treated however you can,,because they can cause other serious problems if not treated.
