please please please help me! i want to or i should say i need to start my weight loss process now, and want to try one of these diet pills. i've read a bunch of entries on each pill and read positive and negative results on each, so if any of you had a choice that would give me at least some results, which one would you choose? is there anyone out there who really had some positive results with any of these pills? please if you have, share the info on how you have managed to loose the weight. i'm 5'0" and 177 lbs. the lbs just won't budge!! it won't come off for the life of me!!! i need help!!
have any of you out there seen the doc and have them perscribe some other medication for weight loss? it's not that i'm hungry and needing an immediate appetite suppressant...and i don't eat junk foods all the time and fried and greasy foods so i don't know where the weight is staying and why it's not coming off!!
please help frustrated me!!

i am using zantrex right now. and i have used xenadrene (WITH ephedra) well thank god they banned ephedra because it messed my system up royaly. anyway, i am a pretty busy person, and the zantrex has given me the energy i need to go the the gym and stay active. i don't think it would help me lose much weight by itself, but it helps by giving me that energy i need. i think that is what you will find with most of the pills out there. weight training would probably be the best thing for you. you will build muscle faster which will burn more calories than fat. :) good luck!!
