hi, I'm new to these boards and have a question. Not sure if this is the right place but I'll try them all:)My question is my boyfriend got this thing about a week and 1/2 now on his face right in the middle between his upper lip and nose it looks like it could be a blister/cold sore/boil/raised skin bump not sure what it is and neither does he.He has never had one before.I've never had anything like that either. But its the size of this smiley face :jester: maybe a bit bigger and he says its embarassing and bothering him to even shave.Anyways I just want to know if anyone could give me an idea what it could be. I don't want to get it and he is really busy and hasn't had time to go to the doctor yet.Kinda worried and would like to know what that thing is.He still has it.Oh by the way its just one large bump not a bunch of little puss filled pimple things.

If you and he are that worried about it I would recommend that you really try and make the time to see a doc. Continual guessing will only get you more worried and wound up.

In the mean time just play safe, tell him not to touch it; as he might spread something, and don't go kissing him until you've had it identified.
