Hello - Is it good to weight yourself when you are on your period? Because, I feel like I'm very big. Should I let a couple of days go by before a weigh myself?

Thanks

I gain 2-3 pounds each and every month starting about 2 days before until about 2 days into it. If you think it will bother you to see the scale move up, then don't get on there. :) It is kind of nice to know though, if you are one of the people who gain. That way, when it happens to you each month you get used to the idea and don't freak out. It used to freak me out until I noticed the pattern. Just don't forget that it will go away in a couple of days.

I noticed the same thing... I retain water just before and it shows on the scale. So I don't worry about it, because I know its just my pesky little friend throwing a wrench into things! :D

I get the same darn thing. I feel like the Stay Puffed Marshmallow man when I get bloated. I know I stay away from the scale because I'm already moddy enough from PMS to see that 5 pounds creep up.
