Hello I am new to this board but I face before me the totally depressing fact that about three weeks ago I reached a weight loss goal and actually looked good for the first time in 10 years. It was great. I went shopping downtown and bought some new clothes. Cloud 9.
Then a couple of days later I was in grocery store and they had those Brachs candies and I thought I would just buy a pound and only have a few every day. NOT...it turned into a total all night eating binge, which turned into a three week eating binge of ordering Dominos Pizza, Cinnastix and a two liter of Coke every night. Yea guys struggle with eating problems, too.
If you think that only women are judged by how they look you are wrong. Guys are always competing and sizing each other up and women can be very un-shy about letting you know if you dont measure up to their standard.
So TODAY I start trying again. It is going to take will power and belief that God will help me. Its hard when you know you have dug your own grave. When you were THERE and then threw it all away. I have gained alot. It looks gross. I am totally ashamed of how I look. Theres no excuse. Just plain self-indulgence.
So TODAY things start again. I have to almost starve to get weight off, so so be it. It's all about being able to endure being hungry.

Awww, sorry for your backslide.... I'm sure you will get back on track, and don't beat yourself up over it, we ALL do it! :)

You're not alone. I've been there countless times. I'll lose a lot of weight and get down to the smallest I've been since God can remember and then blow it. Next thing you know, I'm right back where I started.

Hang in there. It's not easy, and sometimes it can be so depressing, but don't give up! :)

PLEASE DON'T STARVE YOURSELF!!!! i know it is hard to lose weight but that is one of the worse ways to do it. just eat healthy and exercise more. you will get there. I am sorry that you went on a binge though. it is probably because you deprived your body of tooooo much during your weight loss. Good luck and keep us posted.
