Im eating minimal fat right now (mostly eating soups and veggies) - What workouts should I be doing to help shed the pounds as fast as possible?

Eat less white flour go to whole grains.. white flour products break down to instant sugar... EXERCISE!! sorry but thats the fastest way... :bouncing:

Anything that gets your body moving is a good workout. And just so you know, your body does need SOME fat in the diet in order for you body to function properly. Go for a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil over your veggies. It will also keep you fuller longer. Good luck!
