You remembered! I've been calling the hospital every 3 days or so and getting the woman's voice mail. It figures that the one day that I wasn't home, she called. I left another message for her today, and if she doesn't call me by mid-day Monday....I'll call again. I can be very persistent! :* If she doesn't return my call then, I'll speak with someone else.

You stick with it. If you make enough noise the hospital will refund your money to get you to shut up and leave them alone. You will probably have to go over that womans head. It was WEEKS ago that she promised she would return your phone call. Let me know when you finally get resolution. You go girl! :bouncing:
