I am having a hard time losing the last 5 pounds, so I am thinking of changing my walking routine to a jogging routine. But I am worried that it will make my thighs bulk up (they are already heavyset). Most of the people I see jogging have muscular legs. I don't want that to happen to me. Does this happen to everyone who jogs? Is there a similar alternative?
