Hi.
I was on the Xenadrine and Hydroxycut trip for a while. They worked very well for, without really changing the way I eat too much (although I only really eat once a day). In I think about 6 months time, I lost about 30 lbs! However, as soon as I stopped taking it I gained it all back, and then some. Not to mention every now and then I get heart pains. And even if you do see results, your body becomes immune to it after 3 months so it wont do anything without a higher dosage. I really dont recommend it, unless your willing to sacrifice your health just to look good for a short period of time. Like everyone says, theres no quick fix for weight loss, or we'd all be skinny. You just gotta get committed, get motivated, and get started eating right and exercising. Period.

But has anyone had any real results. I just but a bottle I missed one dose today and I really need to lose 30 pds is there any hope for me?

I took Xenadrine all during the summer, and yeah I lost weight and kept it off for the summer season...but once I moved back home from the shore, and stopped taking the pills, I bulked back up to my 160 frame. It sucked. Also, I often woke up in the middle of the night during the summer with incredible chest pains, and horrible heart beats (not normal beats at all). Also, here's a side effect the NO ONE tells you about, unless u research reviews on message boards. I took two pills a day as instructed on the bottle and all of a sudden I broke out with these weird looking white spots all over my arms and shoulders. I thought it was just me, and I had an allergy to the sun possibly, but NOPE. I read that it was caused by the pills. And once I got off of them, the spots disappeared. I had a sweet tan, but then these weird white spots everywhere...not attractive, let me tell ya. Also, I average about three hours of sleep per night because taking the pills lead to such an increase in my energy. I mean, it was good though because I worked from 10am-1am (two jobs), but then still had energy to go out with my friends until 6am everynight. And, I'm sorry, one more thing. Once I got off the pills, I slept for almost a week straight. I definitely was "coming down" when I stopped taking Xenadrine.
Just a few things to think about...be careful!
