Ever since I've been trying to lose weight...I've been gaining it...and I think it's because I'm starving myself! I'm trying this Wendie's Plan where you very your calories every day! Can you let me know if this sounds like a doable plan?

Monday: 510 calories
Tuesday: 580 calories
Wed: 510 calories
Thursday: 510 calories
Friday: 780 calories
Saturday: 460 calories
Sunday: 530 calories

Need advice! THANKS!

your calories are way to low. They should be about 1200 per day. you ARE starving yourself. your body is holding on to any fat it can because it thinks it is starving!

Diane is totally right. That is waaaaay to low. If you're used to eating about 2,000 calories a day drop down to 1,500 for about 2 weeks, then drop down to about 1,200...gradually take yourself down. You may have to start lower because if you usually eat about 1,500 a day you'll need to start with 1,200..

Wow ! how do you survive on such little calories. Minimum your calorie intake should be at 1000 cal/per day.

Okay...thanks! So now if I increase the calories I eat every day to b/w 1,000 and 1,200 is it going to make me gain weight?
