I have been to numerous doctors, telling them about my symptoms and they have yet to find/fix anything. I went to a neurosurgeon as well and he couldn`t find anything.
Basically, I had a clicking sound in my jaw for years - nothing painful but a little weird. I would also find myself intentionally "cracking" it while not paying attention. Kinda like - opening my jaw, shifting to the side until it cracked (like a knuckle) and then back to normal. I found myself doing this while studying or working and not paying attention.
Now, I have this weird senstation around my ear and sometimes temple area. I have this "bubbling" sensation that comes from time to time. Like a mini spazm or something. It`s between my skull and my scalp. Sometimes it`s above my ear, sometimes in front of it. It`s just a quick, nervous twitch or something, and there is no pain with it.
I have searched high and low and told this new weird symptom to my Doctor(s) and they said not to worry. Any ideas (besides seeing more doctors)?

it could be TMJd. you'd have to go to your dentist or better yet a specialist to have some tests done to see for sure. its nothing extensive just expensive if your not insured. theres a post by Marlene called Symptoms of TMJ or something like that. you should read it! it will help you out alot.
