I have gotten canker sores ever since I was a kid now it seems like I only get them when I get a cold or sick.
This time I got sick and my mouth broke out in a few of them and they were really bad....my lips have also swollen and I am assuming it is because of the canker sores.
what do I do about the lips?

This might be a bit simplistic and you may already be aware but acidic things like fruit and fruit juice can aggravate/cause cankers.

I feel for you! I have 4 as we speak! How many do you get at a time? I have one on my tongue and the rest are way deep in the gum line. :(
