This is prolly going to be to much info, I dont even know if this has anything to do with pcos but I'm deperately looking for answers and looking for them anywhere I can think oh..here's my problem...
I dont know whats wrong with me, but I know something aint right...Hopely this message won't be too graphic for you, but anyways I have alot of white discharge (its not yeast) they keep saying its BV (bacterial vagonisis) but when the test come back its negative for bv, yeast, ive been tested for clymedia <sp> ghonnerah...The tests say I have natural vaginal flora..so I'm guessing its a normal discharge but I don't think its normal to have so much of it. I've been trying to figure out why I have so much of it..ive read that its normal too have some white but its so much it wets my underwear, So its gotta be something that is normal like a cleaning mechnism or a reproduction issue...One site said it can be from progestrone
[DELETED]
then someone told me that their mom had alot of white discharge...the way to explain it..its like like a drip, not a water drip but like syurup drip from a bottle like that consistancy not chunky at all like yeast. And she said she had overactive ovaries and she had to have it removed, but everytime I look like overactive ovaries it gives me info on pcos..So I'm just trying to figure out anything that is wrong with me since doctors always want to think its BV but when they test for BV it comes back negative..I swear all they think that happens down there is either STDS or BV or YEAST, they dont want to think that the discharge can be something else...one doctor told me that its coming from the cervix, by the way I'm 22 F (married)
I'm sorry if this is too much info once again...Please reply if you have any ideas or any helpful info

You might want to relax a bit. Chances are it is your normal discharge and you are just one of those women that has a large amount of discharge. Which can be perfectly healthy and not a sign of problems.
There is a book you can read that might be useful to you. Taking Charge Of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. You can get it at your local library or bookstore. It has some great info about cervical discharge and what is normal and what could be a sign of problems. It also has some good pictures of is normal and not normal.

I quoted myself. I amone of those if I mean pictures I say pictures and if I mean drawings I will say drawings. Yes there are drawings in the book but the pictures I am talking about are just that. There is alot of detailed information also.

I think too many people associate "discharge" with "infection" and worry too much. Not all women have the same amount, colour, consistency of discharge, just like women have varying libidos, varying amounts of body hair, varying amounts of sweat etc etc.
Your discharge will likely change many times through your life time. It changes according to the time of your cycle, your age, hormones, health. It can range from a clear to a creamy yellowish type colour and if it doesnt smell particularly bad or itch like crazy or isn't some way out weird colour then you should be fine. I've had swabs done so many times due to assuming something was wrong with me due to the quantity of discharge during some days. All tests came back fine and my pap smear was fine too. When i have a run of heavier discharge i'll use a panty liner.
My doctor said that it's your natural cells shedding and cleaning out and some women have a lot more cervical secretions than others. My doctor said there is a procedure to 'dry' up the cervix, but he said if nothing is medically wrong then best to leave it as when you go through menopause your vaginal area dries up and makes sex uncomfortable so he said drying it up now and then again during menopause could make things uncomfortable later.
For some reason, i do notice that there tends to be more discharge when i'm tired and rundown and not drinking enough water.

Dont worry , its not too much info and you are not being too graphic, We as woman especially those of us who have had a few kids (I have 5) understand these things and thats what led you here in the first place, To seek advice, and in order to get knowledgable advice you have to explain your symptoms, heck having a baby is way more graphic then what you descibed, Dont worry to much if doctor says everything ok. I have had times where my discharge is heavier even for several months and then times when it is lighter. You may also wish to consult a Homeopathic Practicioner for possible herbal supplement advice. There are several good herbs out there that help with female problems. I, personally take Chasteberry to help regulate my heavy painful period. It works great for me. Good Luck and dont worry unless it turns color ,like greenish or yellowish and (or) produces a strong odor. Then you really need to seek a doctor. If it is just clear or slightly whitish you are probably just going thru a normal womens phase thing. Again ,Good Luck
