you know, when you are worrying something, your heart will jump differently (faster and harder)

I am not sure....... today when I wake up I begin to have this feeling for no reason. I feel my heart is jumping hard and like I am worrying a lot of things. This shouldnt be possible as I just wake up and I didnt think about anything at that moment yet. I don't recall I have a bad dream or whatever. It continues all day long. Is this some kind of depression? if not what is this?

The last time this happen is on saturday, but that was becuz my gf cry. This is teh first time it appear for no reason.

btw, I think tehre should be a FAQ for all boards..........
