Hi, well I went to the dr last night and My sinus is so swollen he said it was gross. I have had to use alegra because my nose is so stuffed up I cant breathe. dr had given me astelin which did nothing. I have taken zyrtec, allegra, allegra d, claritan d. all keep me up all night and make me anxious.
now he has give me a spray with steroids in it. have to get it filled at pharmacy. does anyone know anything that will get rid of the stuffiness. I have tried everything and nothing helps me. I also bought "ocean" a saline, that someone told me about. Im getting terrible sinus headaches from all the congestion. If someone has some ideas I would appreciate it.

is your spray nasacort or flonase or something like that? if it is those work by preventing allergens from irritating the lining in your nasal passages. it take some time for them to work usually. they are for preventative measures.

I think it may be nasacourt. I will let you know. I dropped it off and didnt really look at it. I just hope that something helps me.

yes it is nasacourt. 2 sprays in each nostril in the morning. 20.00 co pay and it probably wont even last a week. dr said not to stop useing it.

Nasal irrigation with a plastic syringe. You can buy them on the net. Fantastic. Saline and bkaing soda irrigates from one side of the nose out the other. I use it twice a day and no allergies.

I use Nasacort AQ - two sprays in each nostril. The bottle lasts 30 days. It has helped my symptoms a lot.
