I hope this helps someone. I suffered (and I do mean SUFFERED) from sinus headaches for at least 25 years. It truly was detrimental to my life. I LIVED on actifed, because that's the only thing in those days that seemed to work a little. I also took antibiotics about 50% of the time. I saw many doctors and allergists. They all said I had a very strong allergy to
some kind of grass that grows "everywhere," and that there was no way to get away from it. But I knew it was more than just grass, because when I would go to a cold climate, where there was NO grass of any kind, I would still get headaches. I used to be so afraid of those headaches because they were so painful. I lived in fear. To make a 25 year-old story of pain and fear and antibiotics shorter - about a year ago I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. About 3 months after starting the thyroid medicine, not only did I feel healthier, but the sinus headaches STOPPED!! It is a great miracle for me! I haven't had a "sinus attack" for over 6 months, and I know the problem is GONE!! I am SO happy but also a little angry. To think I suffered most of my life and all I needed was thyroid medication. I promise you this is true and I hope it might save someone else from suffering. My TSH (thyroid hormone) is 3 now. But some people feel better if theirs is 2. Mine was 24 before treatment.
