Hey folks.

Quercetin is a natural compound that is found in many plants. There is some compelling evidence that it may help relieve allergies to some degree when taken as a supplement. I have heard some positive reports from allergy sufferers whom I've recommended it to. Its quite safe and has some additional benefits for fighting inflammation and preventing cancer as well. You can buy it at a health food store. Good luck.
