I have been suffering from serious diaherra, BM and constipation for the past four years.
Although my doctor does not feel that I have Celiac Spruce, my symptoms are greatly reduced. almost non-existant when I have eliminated wheat from my diet. In order to bring my life into normalcy I have taken wheat out of my diet.

I would like to know about others who are sensitive or allergic to wheat. What are your symptoms and how long do they last. If you inadvertantly eat something with wheat how long does it take before symptoms develop? (I have had some occur within minutes and others within hours)
How do you control your intake of wheat and what ingrediants should be avoid i.e., Hydrolyzed vegetable starch.

Can wheat sensitivity be accurately diagnosed with a skin scratch tests?

Thanks
