View Full Version : Do breathe right strips make things worse?

I don't know if I have allergies. I have chronic GERD that causes throat problems, but I also have blocked nasal passages. My ENT thought maybe I also have allergies, so put me on Clarinex and Flonase. I also use Breathe Right strips at night which helps the most. I don't have a drippy nose, don't sneeze that much, nor watery eyes. But the "heaviness" in my nose has gotten worse. It's starting to give me headaches. My doctors checked for sinus infection and say I don't have one. What's going on? Does anyone else have this or know what it is? Could the strips be making things worse by pulling my nasal passages open? Help.
