Hi,

Ive never posted to this board.I have Panic Disorder and stay Anxious most of the time.I have terrible problems with my Sinuses.

My nose and frontal Sinuses stay stopped up and stuffy continuesly.Ive had many Sinus infections over the years.

I can massage my forehead and it pains me something terrible!I sneeze,my head feels wobbly all the time, eyes are itchy and water often.

The only time I can blow my nose is by taking a hot steamy shower or by having a round of sneezing.I also have lotsa problems with my L ear.

I have had slight bloody dicharge when blowing my nose, but mainly my prob is staying stuffed up,the pain-pressure,and the wobbly-swaying feelings.

It makes me feel bad...makes me Panic and Anxious..

I use nasal irrigation with sea salt (non iodized) and baking soda. You can find nasal products on the internet that make this process wonderful. I use a 60CC syringe with a soft silicon rubber tip. I mix 1/2 tsp of sea salt with 1/4 tsp of baking soda (my allergist recommended)with 2 cups of filtered water in a glass.
You place the tip against one of your nostrils and slowly press the plunger, the water fills up one side for about 1-2 seconds and then comes out the other side. I do this twice a day religiously and other times as needed.
I no longer take any allergy medication (since May). I use to have allergic reactions to food, milk, chicken, & coffee. No longer! No more anxiety atttacks, face flush red, rashes. It is awesome. Good luck.
