Was wondering if anyone know whether allergies can cause an increase in the number of times times someone passes urine (especially during the day)? I am 34 year old female and have two young children. I have never been allergy tested but have read in a reputable allergy book that allergies may cause this. Does anyone know of a link here and how this happens?

Hi: I'm new to these health boards and am just now reading through the posts. I wanted to respond to this because I just recently became sensitive to MSG. My main problem with it is it makes me go to the bathroom ALOT during the night. Can't figure it out. I don't drink anymore water than normal before bedtime, so it must act like a diuretic (sp?).
