Hi,

Tonight at dinner, I was leaning back on my chair and I jumped because my head hurt. And then I noticed this swollen and extremely painful bump in the back of my head about 2 inches away from my ear. It's SO painful. It's driving me crazy. It definitely wasn't there earlier. I have TMJ problems and neck problems that are very painful. I go to a PT and she played around with my jaw a few days ago but she didn't touch my head. The jaw is SOOOO apinful right now. and I don't know if the bump on my head is somehow related to that or what. I didn't hit my head or anything. I just noticed it and now the pain is throbbing. This has never happened before and it's really painful. And when I touch it I can feel my heartbeat there. When I touch it the pain shoots to my jaw and my head.
I'm freaking out.please help!!

Thanks,

-Stacie

Stacie,
This sounds like one of things you need to have a Doc. look at. It could be related, but does sound a little unusual.
