i would just want to ask something about the complete blood count

i recently had my blood tested since i was diagnosed with gonorrhea/chlamydia last month. i have been cured with the std since i took my antibiotics and my urine test came out clear and normal once again. at the same time i got my CBC (complete blood count) to make sure i do not have any bacterial or viral infections in my body

i would just like to ask whether a CBC can assure me that i am free of any infection, particularly those of viral in nature even if i am asymptomatic (i do not exhibit any symptoms)
