Help!

I have been on birth control pills for 13 years and never even had so much as a headache before. Then I went off the pill to try to get pregnant. About a month after I stopped the pill, I started getting these awful, horrific migraines that began with an aura (very funky vision in my right eye) that start about 10 minutes after we have sex when I stand up to get dressed, and then 10 minutes after the eye stuff starts I feel as if I've been smashed over the head with a baseball bat. The most intense pain I have ever felt behind my left eye that lasts anywhere from 10-48 hours.

The migraines only occur with sex (with or without orgasm) or with masturbation.

As you can imagine, trying to get pregnant has been put on hold since I am terrified to have sex at this point.

I've also noticed that when I am having sex I feel a pressure in my head, although it isn't necessary pain. Just a strange, weird feeling.

I've had an MRI, which is normal. Any thoughts???

All joking aside, strongly suggest that you make an appointment with a "female" Neurologist who specializes in migraines/headaches.
A "female" Neuro will know where you are coming from if you catch my drift. She will understand your concerns more so than a "male" Neurologist. You could be suffering withdrawal symptoms from the birth control pills.
