Alright, so this is embarrassing as hell, but I thought I would give it a shot anyways.
I am a really fat guy, I weight over 300 pounds and my height is around 5'9 (not sure though). The problem is I got a very small penis too, 5 inches while erect and 4 inches girth. Some time ago I was told that it might get somewhat bigger once I lose some weight, and I really hope so. Any of you guys know if this is true? if not, what is the best way to get it bigger, cuz I would love to have at least one more inch in both girth and lengh.
Anyways, any info you can give me about obese guys and penis sizes will be apreciated. Thanks!!

Our pubic pad/muscle does have a tendency to conceal about 1-1 1/4" of our penis length with excess weight. It is also one of the hardest areas to get the weight off of. I have been working a slow weight loss program so I can change my daily haibts, now I am at the point for phase two, getting back into the gym and getting fit. Now I stand close to 7' tall, so I carry my weight well and would be very comfortable at 300, but I am going to get down less than that and tone. Good luck with your weight loss, you can do it. Don't get discouraged and stick with your plan. Whenever you feel hungry get some cold water and drink it. Whatever plan you choose, be it calorie counting, Atkins, or whatever, be careful and stick with it. I have dropped 60 pounds this year, and feel better every day, and I am seeing results down below too, I get better erections that last longer...even more incentive to drop those pounds my brother!

Sansman what exercises should you do to lose the fat that hides the real penis size. Because i use to be really fat and then lost weight but i still see a lot of fat in that area.

It may be necessary to resort to plastic surgery to clear out excess skin. To get an idea of how much, if any, extra length you can gain, press down hard at the pubic bone just above the base of the penis. If it feels like there is several inches of fat in between, then weight loss might give you some gain. Even if it does not seem you will gain much by getting rid of the fat, simply slimming down will make your length seem bigger by proportion. I mean, a 5" penis stuck to 300 pounds will seem a lot smaller than 5" stuck to a 150 pound man.

Thanks a lot for all your input guys!!!
Over a month ago I was able to change my eating habits, and I am really surprised and happy that I actually kept doing it for all this time. I feel better and more motivated, like sansman said, this just gives me more incentive.
Thanks again!!

I am working with leg lifts for the lower abs. Bear in mind, the pad itself is meant to have some, as it is a protector to the oubic bone and pelvis, it absorbs some trauma. Leg lifts straight on the ground bends you right at the vital area. At the gym there is a station to do them standing up, like standing crunches. In the diet, the places you want it to go first will show results last, cruel irony there. But each of us reaches a point in our lives when something insode says "ENOUGH!" that's when your dedication to your program kicks in and you r life changes. The weight comes off, the job gets better and you get better at it; promotions, re-dedication to your SO, whatever... So onward we go.

I'm a living example of this. In the last year and a half I've lost just over 40 pounds and I'm keeping it off through diet and exercise. I can tell you that I gained about 1 - 2 inches in the flaccid "size" of my penis. Remember that your penis doesn't grow, its always been there...the excess weight has created the illusion that it is smaller than it really is. I'm loving it and feel great. I would say though that the motivation to lose weight should be more about overall health...and less about penis size! Good luck!
