HI, I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE ELSE IS GOING THROUGH THIS... I AM FEMALE, 28 AND HAVE BEEN GETTING MY WISDOM TEETH COMING THROUGH FOR YEARS. SO SICK OF IT. ALREADY HAD ONE OUT, BUT THE BOTTOM RIGHT ONE IS BEING A PAIN IN THE NECK (LITERALLY). I FIND THAT IT COMES THROUGH JUST BEFORE I AM DUE TO GET MY PERIOD, IS THIS NORMAL. AND DOES IT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH MY BODY CHANGES? I ALSO HAVE A FULL FEELING IN MY RIGHT EAR, AND PRESSURE IN MY HEAD. I CAN FEEL IT IS INFLAMED AROUND THE AREA WHERE IT IS PUSHING TO COME THROUGH. I JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF ANYONE ELSE HAS THIS PROBLEM... THANKS

I don't see where there would be any correlation between your period and wisdom tooth.

Your ear and the pressure you feel in your head could be caused by your wisdom tooth trying to come through, but not having enough room, putting pressure on your TMJ (the "hinge" of your lower jaw) and against your other teeth.

You should probably have that tooth removed as well.

I just wanted to let you know that you're not the only one! I have had the same problem for years. I just did a yahoo! search for "wisdom teeth menstruation" and found this post! [/Not much of a help.. We still don't know WHY it happens.. but at least we both know it happens to other people too!]
