Could someone tell me which are the possibilities for a woman to get HIV or herpes from a man rubbing his penis against her vagina without insertion nor ejaculation.

It's not high risk behavior for HIV but it would MOST DEFINITELY be a risky situation with a partner with genital herpes :nono: ..
Of course if partner has neither disease, it's NO RISK in both cases.:D
