has anyone had shots or infusions to help there symptoms....my doc has said my rhemy is referring me on to some specialist who specialises in cf and has said something about me having this treatment.......

does anyone know of side affects or how this helps??

If you can get Gammaglobulin, take it!
I'm also in Australia and I called the blood bank.They said they are not giving it to CFS patients any more.
It has helped a lot of people.
I'd love to give it a try but can't get it.

I read something about this boosting the immune system! Also, I read a study that showed that Interstitial Cystitis patients (I have IC) have lower levels than normal of GG in their system. Which made me wonder, if there wasn't a connection. Also there is a poorly understood connection (in the words of doctors) between CFS and other diseases such as fibromyalgia, interstitial cystitis, etc. Perhaps there is one underlying disease process that is responsible for multiple symptoms. Hopefully there will be a cure someday.
