Hi, I'm 18 years old and my ear is really bugging me.

It's hard to describe the symptoms. It's the left ear. It aches, but not a traditional ache. It feels different from a regular ear infection. The actual inner part feels "raw" i guess. like when I inhale, especially through my nose, the very inner part of the ear feels raw. It hurts.

It hurts, but not too badly. it's sore and i can't deal with it. it's not getting better. It's really sensitive to noise, especially bass. I can't really play music at enjoyable levels because it gets worse when i do. when I listen to music, the left ear is just more sensitive than the right.

the most annoying part is that when I talk loudly or yell or anything beyond normal talking, I hear a buzzing in the ear. It's very difficult to deal with, cuz it startles me every time. Why would it be buzzing? it also happens when i hear loud noises.

What's wrong with my ear?
