Hello,
The past few days when I massage across my frontal Sinuses(Forehead)it aches and hurts.
Im not certain if I have a Sinus Infection at the moment because I havent had a Cold.My nose stays stuffed most of the time.Ive been sneezing alot lately too.
Also,I can never blow my nose unless I take a round of sneezing or get in a steamy shower.
Could this be stress or possibly a SI?

Sounds like a sinus infection. Sometimes you can feel it drain down the back of your throat. I always feel tired when I get a sinus infection. Go to the doctor.
