I do a self exam on myself for the past few years, every month. One thing i have noticed is that my right testical is quite a bit larger then the left. The left is about 3/4 a inch long and the right is about 1 1/4 inch long. Now i dont know if my right is bigger or my left is smaller, but its been like this for at LEAST 2 years (dont remeber my testicals that well pryor to that, i mean... i was in college.. haha). I have once and a while had a dull pain in one of my testicals, but its only been maybe 5 times in the past 3 years. I always assumed it was that i slept wrong or tagged it somehow.
any of these a good warning sign, or should i be alright?

There's no real "warning sign" that far in advance for testicular cancer per se. It is very normal for one's testes to be different sizes, and something that's encouraging is that it's been like that for a long time. What IS a risk factor for testicular cancer, though, is having a testicle that wasn't fully descended when you were born, or if you have any problems in the past with androgen secretion (like in testicular failure for example)
