Who else has tried everything? Shots? Pills, nasal sprays, inhalers, making your environment "allergy friendly." Only to take one step into a house you didn't know had a cat and find yourself leaking from the nose for a whole week? Or you have a crazy idea to travel by plane, and spend your whole "vacation" sick as a dog because of all the junk in that recycled air that clogged up your respiratory system. Well I, for one, CAN NOT TAKE IT ANYMORE! Symptom suppression won't cut it for me, I need a CURE. A permanent filter installed in my nose. Like the one some are lucky enough to be born with. All of life's trials I can take but NOT THIS ONE. Does anyone else suffer like this? Is there anywhere for us to turn? Hope? Suggestions? I don't care how radical or "experimental" or potentially life-threatening, I'll try anything. I BEG YOU! HELP ME before I blow my head off (by sneezing, I mean). HELP US ALL!

You mention nasal sprays, have you tried nasal irrigation using an actaul product designed for irrigating? I ask that as I have heard people using dixie cups, straws, etc. I am allergic to molds, chicken, dairy, coffee to name a few. Because of irrigating, I take NO medications! I do have to irrigate 2-3 times daily and feel like a million bucks.
Every year I get the flu shot I am miserable beacuse I am allergic to chicken. I got my flu shot yesterday & no reactions! I attribute irrigating directly to this.
Many of my friends have as much success as I do. They were hooked on inhalers & allergy medications, sometimes taking 2-3 doses each day for years. Now they irrigate and NO meds.
There are a lot of products out there, I use nasaline. I started with a 60CC syringe, now I use a 140CC. It takes me 2 minutes to prepare & irrigate. Life is great again. Good luck.
